GENERAL INFORMATION
  • No site inspections are undertaken as part of processing the Land Information Memorandum.
  • How long does it take to get a LIM? The legislation requires Council to provide a LIM within 10 working days. Our target is five working days.
  • If a LIM is required urgently, please contact Heather Clarke prior to lodging the application.
  • Processing of the LIM Report will not begin until payment is received.

  • Known hazards such as flooding or known fill
  • Information on storm-water and sewer services to or within the property
  • Information on the availability of water services
  • A summary of the rates account
  • Council Valuation
  • Building/Resource Consents and related information
  • Other consents, licenses and certificates
  • Requisitions, orders and notices
  • Swimming Pool fencing compliance
  • District Plan information including zoning and designations
  • Information relating to known historic sites or buildings
  • Such other information that Council considers may be helpful
